About the Founder

Zainab Bala is a Nigerian Broadcast, human rights and social justice journalist and Producer working with Trust Television; A subsidiary of Media Trust Limited. She has over ten years of experience in journalism. She is the 2021 Winner of the International Centre for journalists Micheal Elliot Award for Excellence in African Storytelling. She is a beneficiary of the international women’s media foundation Howard G. Buffet fund for women Journalists and also a US Department of State Sponsored Mandela Washington Fellowship for Young African Leaders.
